Customguards.com, Sport Guard International (SGI) manufactures custom made products. No refunds or exchanges are accepted.
Please be aware SGI has outstanding customer service. We will work with you until you are satisfied. Should your product be defective.
We stand by the high quality of our products. All defective products may be returned for a replacement.
All defective products may be returned within 30 days for a replacement. How to get a replacement.
To replace a defective product to customguards.com you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by emailing us at sales@customguards.com. No replacements of any type will be accepted without an RMA. In your email, we'll need the following information to authorize your return:
- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Product(s) ordered
- Nature of the problem
When we issue your RMA number we will instruct you as to whether you will need to return the product before we ship out the replacement or if the replacement will be sent to you immediately.
If you need to send back the product before a replacement is sent.
Please remember to write the R.M.A. number on the outside of the box. Also, make sure the box is securely wrapped and be sure your package is insured and prepaid. We will make every effort to speed the process of your replacement. When a replacement is shipped out to you a credit on your credit card will be made to you for the return shipping of the defective product. Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks to process your request.
